TRUCKING ACCIDENTS

Chuck Mangelsdorf has four decades of defending commercial vehicle accident litigation, over the road trucking claims involving personal injury and wrongful death. His practice primarily focuses on the defense of these transportation liability claims, including experience defending direct claims of negligent hiring, negligent entrustment, driver fatigue, and trucking regulatory compliance. Over the years he has tried approximately 85 jury trials many of which involved truck accidents. Chuck has lectured to motor carriers, industry groups, attorneys and trucking professional organizations. He is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Assn. (TIDA)
